We utilize electrostatic disinfection, for a thoroughly sanitized workplace. Further, we use only unscented (or lightly scented) eco-friendly cleaning products and do our best to minimize waste.

Reliable: We hire only highly-qualified cleaners, who are professional in both appearance and demeanor. All of our cleaners are subject to a complete background check (including drug test). Cleaning is hard work, so we treat these wonderful professionals accordingly (which of course includes paying them a living wage). And because integrity is our driving force, you can count on us to deliver. We do the job right, on time, every time.

NWJ's Mission:
I started NewWay Janitorial with the goal of reinventing the janitorial contracting experience, not only for our valued clients, but for hard-working cleaning professionals as well.
I've worked in the industry for 25 years. Along the way, I consistently encountered one fundamental missing element: integrity. Put more succinctly, there exists an all-too-common lack of pride in one's work amongst cleaning professionals. This, coupled with an all-too-common lack of respect and equity for these workers, leads to poor quality outcomes.
Thankfully, there are exceptions to the above. NWJ's goal is to hire exceptional cleaners, to treat these workers with respect and dignity, which of course includes paying them a living wage, and to require exceptional results for our clients.
I love to clean (the messier the better!) and I truly believe clean spaces are vital to our physical and emotional health. My desire is to inspire others to be as excited about cleaning as I am!
